IKOS POLYANA HOTEL

IKOS POLYANA 4* is a new all-season hotel in the very center of Estosadok village (Sochi) designed in a modern style. The hotel provides 32 rooms of various categories for comfortable stay.

Our café menu is created to satisfy the gastronomic needs of each of our guests. We serve breakfasts in the morning, and we offer the menu à la carte during the day. The pool is divided into an adult and a children's area. The area around the pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Beach towels are available.

The hotel is located in Pereselencheskaya Street, only 200 meters from Casino Sochi and 600 meters from the Krasnaya Polyana ski resort.

OUR HISTORY AND MISSION

According to the data from independent hotel booking websites, in 2018 about 112 hotel properties existed in Krasnaya Polyana. This number had increased to 256 by 2020. While the number of hotels was growing rapidly, the average guest satisfaction score, according to Booking.com, was falling down.

This indicated either the growing comfort demands of guests, or the drop in the average level of hotel services in our region.
Looking at this tendency, we came with the idea of ​​creating another level of hotel service, which would be fundamentally different from the one that was witnessed in numerous guest reviews about Krasnaya Polyana.
