BOOKING CONDITIONS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

  1. You can book a room at the IKOS POLYANA Hotel by one of the following ways:
    - online via the online booking form, which you can see on each page of our website ikospolyana.ru;
    - by calling our reservation and accommodation service: +7 989 009 5577;
    - by sending an application to our e-mail: booking@ikospolyana.ru;
    - by addressing directly to our reception;
  2. To make a reservation, we will ask you to provide the following information:
    - guest's name and last name;
    - number of guests;
    - check-in and check-out date and time;
    - room category;
    - form of payment;
    - phone number and e-mail address of the guest;
  3. In order to guarantee the reservation, we will ask for a prepayment in the amount of the cost of the first night of stay. This will help us to assign a certain room to you before your arrival and to be sure of your plans;
  4. You can make a prepayment using your bank card if you make a reservation on our website through the online booking form. If, for a technical reason, the payment gateway in the online booking form is not available, you can book a room through the form and make a prepayment by means of an invoice that will be issued to you by our reservation and accommodation service. You can also pay using the hotel details on the Contacts page;
  5. In case of invoice payment, the payment must be made no later than 24 hours from the moment of booking. You will also need to inform the hotel administrator about the prepayment made, by e-mail: booking@ikospolyana.ru, so that we will be able to quickly identify your payment and change the status of your order to “Guaranteed”;
  6. In case of booking less than a day before the guest's arrival, the payment must be made no later than within 2 hours from the moment of booking. You will also need to inform the hotel administrator about the prepayment made, by e-mail: booking@ikospolyana.ru, so that we will be able to quickly identify your payment and change the status of your order to “Guaranteed”;
  7. A guaranteed reservation is considered to be a reservation for which a prepayment has been received to the hotel's account;
  8. Non-guaranteed reservations can be canceled by the reservation and accommodation service prior to the expected arrival;
  9. When booking a room of the selected category, the specific room number cannot be attributed;
  10. If you will need accounting documents for the accounting, please inform us at the moment of booking;

CANCELLATION

  • The cancellation conditions depend on the rate you selected when booking and are specified in the order confirmation;
  • If you cancel your booking within the free cancellation period, the hotel will refund you in full;
  • The refunds are made in the same way as they were deposited to the hotel's bank account;

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT

  • The cost of early check-in is 100% of the cost for one night;
  • The cost of late check-out is 100% of the cost for one night;

ACCOMMODATION

    The reception is open 24H


  • Check-in from 2 p.m.
  • Check-out until 12 p.m.

  • When checking in, you will be asked to provide an identity document for each guest.

  • Accommodation with pets: Not provided
